Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the OpsOne platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Internal Use Only

The Service is provided exclusively for internal airline operations use. It is not intended for public distribution or consumer use. Access is limited to authorized personnel as designated by participating airline administrators.

3. User Accounts

Your airline administrator is responsible for creating and managing user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for authorized airline operational purposes
  • Not share your credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Not attempt to access data belonging to other airlines
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Report any security vulnerabilities to your administrator immediately

5. Content

Your airline is responsible for the content uploaded to the platform (documents, manuals, notices, etc.). OpsOne Aviation Systems does not claim ownership of airline-uploaded content.

6. Device Registration

Devices used to access the iPad application must be registered and approved by an airline administrator. OpsOne Aviation Systems and airline administrators reserve the right to revoke device access at any time.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OpsOne Aviation Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
